What are the park's hours?
Our dog park and open areas will be open dawn until dusk.
Bathroom facilities are available May-October (weather permitting) from 8:30am - 8pm.

Who manages the park and can answer questions?
The Glen Rock Rec Board is a volunteer group that manages the park improvements and maintenance. We meet on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month at the park or via zoom. For in-person inquiries or you can call the borough office Mon-Fri 9 am - 4 pm at 717-235-3206 to leave a message for us. If there is an emergency at the park please call 911.

I have an idea of an event or way to help the park, how should I start?
Wonderful, we LOVE great ideas! To start a project or to volunteer with the Rec Board please fill out this form (Community-Volunteer-Form.pdf) as an initial contact and then join us at our next meeting so we can get started!

Can I rent the pavilion?
Yes! Pavilion rental is one a first come, first serve basis. All reservations are made online by clicking on the "Rent the Pavilion" button in the header. We ask for a $25 donation plus processing fee. If you need help booking online please call the Glen Rock Borough office 9am-4pm M-T at 717-235-3206.

What kind of and why do I need insurance to rent the pavilion?

Can I rent the dog park?
As this time we do not offer dog park rentals. Use of the dog park areas is first come, first serve. Please observe all of the posted rules and be respectful of your fellow dog and human visitors.
Occasionally we will close the park to hold public events, these times will be posted on Facebook and on the gates of the park.

Does the park have restroom facilities?
Yes, it does. The indoor facilities are open 8 am - 8 pm May - October. During the off-season porta-potties may be available in April. All facilities are ADA compliant.

What is the cleaning schedule for the park?
May - October the trash cans are emptied daily, dog waste bins and the indoor restrooms are cleaned weekly. During the off-season the trash is emptied bi-monthly. If you see a mess that is not cleaned up in those time frames please call the borough office to let us know. We thank everyone who helps to keep our park clean for the community!

How can I join the community garden?
Visit the Community Garden page to learn about the garden, read the rules and regulations and click on the "Rent a Plot" button. If there are any plots available, you will be able to select your plot number and add it to your cart to check out. Plot registration will open by mid-February.
