Service Description

The field is available for rent when not in use by SYC Softball League for a $10 donation to the park plus processing fees. The baseball field is maintained by the Glen Rock Athletic Association and is not available to rent. SYC Softball practices in the evenings Monday - Thursday with games on Saturday March through October. Reservations can be obtained up to 3 days prior to the event. Reservations are accepted on a first come first served basis. Reservations will be publicly posted at the pavilion weekly on Fridays April - October. Public restrooms will be open daily May - October. Restrooms and water will be unavailable outside of those dates. Requesting to reserve the softball field at the Glen Rock Community Park indicates that you have read and will comply with the rules and regulations of the Glen Rock Borough Recreation Board and Glen Rock Borough. Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations will result in loss of privileges and can result in removal of the organization, termination of the events and/or criminal prosecution or civil remedies.

Cancellation Policy

You will have up to 7 days prior to your rental to cancel, refunds are not available.
